Biobank Lexicon

The Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure (BBMRI) is a project funed by the European Commission. The European Biobanks facility will develop a pan-European and broadly accessible network of existing and de novo biobanks and biomolecular resources. The infrastructure will include samples from patients and healthy persons (with links to epidemiological and health care information), molecular genomic resources and biocomputational tools to optimally exploit this resource for global biomedical research.

New Services Avaiable:

1. Swedish language added to the Lexicon database;

2. Add new language tamplate file in the Document section;

 

Template file datails:

Use the template file for the creation of a new specific language lexicon;

The template file can be downloaded from the Documentation Section of the portal (Only for the registered Users);

To prevent possible error, each entry in the file must be don't have inside a new line or a tab separator;

New Services Avaiable:

1. Update English concept interface: It allows the administrator to modifying the English concept;

2. To be update interface: It shows all the concepts that need to be updated or inserted by the curator of a specific language;

Bugs solved:

1. Now the translation and view interfaces show the version of the concepts;

2. If the administrator deletes a language, the service requests confirmation;

3. Added update flag to the language tables;

4. Now the language curators cannot modify the English concepts;

5. Now the insert concept interface shows only the new concept that must be inserted;
